Room was spacious and location was marvellous and perfect.

The location of the apartments was ideal, with the University of Manchester and the city center within walking distance. the apartments were well, appointed, offering spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Some apartments even had balconies, allowing for fresh air to flow into the living room. Key pickup and drop, off was convenient at a nearby 24, hour store, ensuring a hassle, free check.

The location of the apartment was excellent, with easy access to transport links and in a generally quiet area. the building staff and management support staff were polite and helpful. the apartment itself was modern and had all the necessary fittings for a comfortable stay.

The management of the apartment was poor and stressful. We were asked to pay an unexpected incidental deposit and were regularly messaged with unexpected requirements.
